出席朋友的graduation ceremony ，停車很方便，記得先同前台講要免費停車，會輸入你的車牌號碼，如果有多行李或行動不便的人士記得同前台講要ground floor，否則酒店係冇lift的，要爬樓梯。酒店的打掃不夠到位，設施是陳舊一點，都要檢查一下房內設備是否無損，是勝在對比周邊酒店這價錢較低。沖涼熱水還好，係水壓無力。

We had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up. We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

Good hotel, nice breakfast with a variety of items. Very good juices,coffee and tea selection Great pool area and sauna. Shame Aircon does not work in the rooms. Even with the heating in the rooms turned off we still had to leave the window open overnight as it was too hot.

When I used the pool it was virtually empty. I love that it was open until 9pm as it meant I could swim after a long day out. The room was big and spacious. Only downside is the shower wasn't great, there wasn't much power and the water was too hot. Could have done with having air con or even a fan as it got quite hot in the night. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

As always - excellent. The breakfast is superb and Akash and Muslim are brilliant on reception. Akash was tremendously helpful in standing for our room to be changed.

Lovely pool and spa facilities, and great customer service as they extended the pool times for us as we were running late. Gorgeous grounds and views during breakfast too!

Lovely clean hotel and all the friendly staff are very knowledgeable on the area. Especially Sue on reception and Howard in the restaurant. The hotel has a lovely pool area, the dining room overlooks gardens at the back of the hotel

Lovely hotel - a bit out of Chester but rooms were comfortable and clean and facilities were great. Would recommend as long as you are happy to be slightly out of town.

Stayed here whilst visiting Chester. It was close enough to the park and ride that getting into the centre wad easy. We loved the room - massive bed, all the amenities we needed for a few nights. We took advantage of the spa too - which was lovely. It was quiet and relaxing!
